Responsibilities Include
- Ensure customer success by creating and managing our service model to the 50 largest fruit growers in the United States.
- Create scalable hardware install and service plans to service 50% of US apple controlled atmosphere rooms.
- Design and execute go to market strategies including direct selling and developing partnerships.
- Manage team of data analysts and installers to execute various aspects of the business.
- Provide guidance on product direction for both hardware and software aspects of our product.
- Take ownership over the execution and success of all aspects of the business.
